CONTENT SERVICES

Most companies face content-related challenges. Whether it’s ensuring that customer-facing content is consistent in every channel, transforming data from one format to another, or utilizing leading imaging technologies to reduce expensive photo studio time, content challenges persist in most companies, large and small.

T4G has built a core business around content solutions. By developing a suite of services, each based on process and production efficiency, we help companies like Sears Canada, L.L. Bean and Bell Canada overcome their content challenges. If your business has a large volume of content or a significantly complex set of content, let us show you how we can help you focus on your business, not your content.

  • Most companies that have large volumes of content are not actually in the content production business (a fact that may surprise some people at these companies). Companies that have the biggest content challenges are general merchandising companies, telecommunications companies, direct marketers and web-based portals. The core purpose of these companies is not to create and manage content, but to sell their products and services.

Outsourced content operations is one of T4G’s core businesses. We offer large-volume content operations services that enable our content production team to integrate directly into our customers’ business. This ensures that important content is delivered to the business for its intended use at the right time, allowing company staff to focus on their core business, not their content.

  • The need for high quality imaging solutions has increased dramatically as online shopping has become more and more popular. This presents challenges of extremes – from large volumes of very simple images to small quantities of very complex imaging solutions. T4G has developed image-handling and development services that span this range of challenges.

T4G has been recommending and implementing image serving technology since 1999, when the technology was still in its infancy. Suitable when there are large volumes of images, both unique and derivative (i.e. thumbnail, regular and large), utilizing image serving technology can save thousands of dollars in any organization with large numbers of images.

Our 2-D and 3-D image modeling capability has helped companies like Victoria’s Secret, Lands’ End and Restoration Hardware reduce expensive studio costs, moving the ability to swap garments on models from the photo studio to our imaging experts in Content Services.

  • Many companies’ content challenges surround the transformation of data from one form to another. In the case of structured data, T4G offers translation, localization, normalization and other forms of data cleansing. Our scalable workforce can transform data to your requirements quickly and accurately. Our production and database resources are actively involved with industry data organizations, and have helped companies like Gap Canada maintain customer information that is PIPEDA compliant.

Large volumes of unstructured data can also pose significant problems. Companies that upgrade to new Document Management, Forms Processing or Analytics platforms have to face a parallel problem of converting historical data to new formats, and have often been stymied by the complexity of the existing word processing documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint files, or the volume of existing log and data extract files. T4G’s expertise with document manipulation tool sets and indexing techniques allow us to decipher the meaningful content in the existing formats and convert the information to match new business needs.

  • Today many organizations are recording large volumes of spoken words and conversations. Customer Service operations have implemented leading speech-recognition technologies in an effort to improve service. Many government bodies are recording proceedings to be able to translate from one official language to another. However, this results in hundreds of hours of voice recordings and the challenge of how to transcribe this recorded content so that it can actually be used by the organization that recorded it?

T4G has a scalable production workforce that offers transcription services to multiple industries in multiple languages. We’ve built a proprietary transcription application that’s capable of handling almost any audio input format, while allowing for the export of transcribed data in any format. Our application allows for custom tags and labels so that the spoken word can be interpreted properly once it has been digitized into characters.
